Is the ArtPexels AI image generator free?
Yes. You can submit up to 10 free generation attempts per IP address each day. Signed-in accounts have the same daily cap, including admin accounts. The allowance resets at 00:00 UTC and is shared by devices using the same public IP.
How do I create an AI image from text?
Describe the subject, setting, colors and style you want. Choose a model and available image size, then select Generate image. When the preview is ready, download the image to your device.
What image sizes can I generate?
Sana uses a 1024 × 1024 square request. With Flux, you can request 1920 × 1080 landscape, 1080 × 1920 portrait or 1024 × 1024 square images. The preview shows the actual dimensions returned by the provider. This tool does not promise native 4K output.
Why does a failed generation use an attempt?
An attempt is reserved before it is sent to the image provider. Provider failures, timeouts and cancelled requests can still use computing resources, so dispatched attempts count toward the daily limit. Invalid prompts and requests rejected before reservation do not use an attempt.
Are my generated images saved on ArtPexels?
This generator does not add your results to a public gallery or save permanent image files on our server. Your prompt is sent to the external image provider to generate the result. Download images you want to keep before leaving or refreshing the page, and avoid entering private information.
Can I use the generated images commercially?
Check the image provider’s current terms and any copyright, trademark or likeness rights involved. A free download is not a guarantee of exclusive ownership or commercial clearance. Read the ArtPexels terms and copyright policy before reusing an image.
Does refreshing the page give me more free images?
No. The allowance is enforced on the server using persistent IP-based records, plus an account limit when signed in. Refreshing, clearing cookies, opening another tab or switching accounts on the same IP does not reset it. Devices on a shared network share that IP allowance.
